WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Carlos A. Gimenez (FL-26) led a letter to President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm condemning the Administration's decision to open negotiations with the illegitimate Maduro regime in Venezuela.
