60th Inaugural Ceremonies
The 60th Presidential Inaugural Ceremonies, originally scheduled for January 20, 2025, on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol Building have been cancelled.
While this decision was not made lightly, due to extreme temperatures, the swearing in of President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance will take place in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda.
Note that all inaugural tickets distributed do not give ticket bearer admittance to the Capitol Building for the indoor ceremony.
