Dear Friends, 

Over the weekend, at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Lima, Peru, U.S. President Joe Biden met with Chinese Communist Party dictator Xi Jinping. As a member of the Select Committee on the Strategic Competition between the U.S. and the Chinese Communist Party, I am deeply appalled by the Biden-Harris Administration's continued willingness to engage with global communists, dictators, and human rights abusers.

This meeting handed the murderous Communist Chinese dictator Xi Jinping a public relations victory. It symbolized yet another failure by the Biden-Harris Administration to address the mounting threat posed by Communist China. Time and again, this administration has demonstrated its inability to stand firm against the Chinese regime that actively undermines human rights and global security.

Communist China corrals Uyghurs in concentration camps, persecutes the Tibetan people, threatens our ally Taiwan, and attempts to be the world's dominant military and economic power by the year 2049.

The United States cannot afford to appease or underestimate this regime. Communist China is our greatest threat and adversary to peace and freedom. We must take decisive action before it is too late. We must continue our decoupling efforts and strengthen alliances with nations that uphold freedom and democracy. The United States must reclaim its role as a global leader in confronting threats to democracy and liberty.

FEMA employees have reported that top officials within the agency ordered them to avoid assisting homes hit by hurricanes that had Trump signs on their property. This is beyond  unacceptable. The Biden-Harris Administration is now discriminating against those that do not share their ideological beliefs.
