Washington, D.C. - Today, Congressman Carlos Gimenez congratulated Florida International University and Miami-Dade College on their new rankings on the U.S. News and World Report, the global authority in education rankings.
Congressman Gimenez represents Florida International University which has ranked #46 among public universities and #98 among all universities, public or private. Further, FIU tied for #1 in the nation for social mobility.
Congressman Gimenez is a proud alumnus of Miami Dade College which has ranked #4 amongst regional colleges and ranked #18 in all amongst all schools in the South Region. Further, MDC ranked in the South Region #6 in best colleges for veterans, #10 in social mobility, and #12 in value schools.
