MIAMI, FL - Today, Congressman Carlos Gimenez joined Varney & Co. on Fox Business and urged President Trump to kick the failed Castro regime over the edge.
Congressman Gimenez continues to urge the Trump Administration to end all travel and remittances to Communist Cuba, as these are among the regime's few remaining sources of cash flow. With its economic oxygen depleting, the regime has frozen the accounts of foreign companies, preventing them from receiving their profits. The regime is on the verge of collapse and the time to act is now.
"The Castro Regime is on the edge, and President Trump should kick them over the edge. They are on their last breath, let's make sure we do not give them more oxygen. We need to change Cuba from an enemy and a base for Russia and China to a friend," said Congressman Carlos Gimenez. "This is a failed regime, and it is time for that regime to go."
