Dear Friends,
Sincerely, |

Mourning the Loss of Commissioner Reyes Lourdes and I send our most heartfelt condolences to our dear friends, the Reyes family. Commissioner Manolo Reyes was a true patriot and an exemplary public servant. This is a huge loss. We will all miss Manolo dearly. May his memory be a blessing.
As Chairman of the Homeland Security subcommittee, on Transportations and Maritime Security I held a critical hearing today to assess the United States readiness to streamline our travel systems, ahead of the major international games, including the 2026 FIFA world cup, the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, and the 250th Anniversary of our nations.
My Vehicular Terrorism Prevention and Mitigation Act, which has been voted out of committee, will require the Department of Homeland Security to produce a report on the emerging threats and steps being taken to counter the threats of vehicular terrorism as major international events come to the United States. Welcome Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo Honored to welcome Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo to Miami. I look forward to working closely together to strengthen our presence through the Americas.
Congratulations Columbus High School I took to the House Floor to congratulate my alma mater, the Christopher Columbus Explores, on winning the 2025 national basketball championship. These young men made history as the only team in Miami-Dade to ever win a national basketball title and first in Columbus history. |

In The Media Congressman Carlos Gimenez Joins Fox Business I joined Varney & Co. to discuss eliminating the flow of money to the murderous Castro Regime. This means stopping all travel and ending all remittances to Communist Cuba.
I joined Voz to discuss the letter I sent to Secretary Rubio on adding tariffs to countries that finance the Cuban Regime's efforts of modern slavery. |
